What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. /client/debts
2. Klik op een van de links.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ik verwacht een zandloper te zien. Maar ik zie helemaal geen visuele feedback.

Fixed. css stond op "waiting" ipv "wait"

The cursor change in chrome is buggy. It will not show a waiting cursor until 
the cursor is moved.

Maybe we can use a visual effect in the WTF bar to show that the application is 
waiting to do something.
