What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login als elif.dedici
2. Ga naar http://www.schuldendossier.nl/#/client/debts/view/106002

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ik wil hier als schuldeiser Inkasso Unie op kunnen geven. Dat kan niet.

Oplossing:
Geef het select schuldeiser popup twee "tabs", een voor gewone schuldeisers en 
een voor deurwaarders. Afhankelijk van de parameters wordt dan een van beide 
tabs als "default" getoond.

Gefixed. De clientselectcreditor.html heeft nu een interne link naar 
Deurwaarders en Overige om te kunnen switchen tussen deurwaarders en overige 
schuldeisers.
