Add serial support via PySerial ( http://pypi.python.org/pypi/pyserial ) 
project.

Reduce priority since it's probably wouldn't be implemented soon. There are a 
lot of stable software and hardware solutions to bridge serial RS-232 interface 
to TCP/IP one - you may use any of them even now as proxy between python-astm 
and device`s serial port.
