Coverage output inconsistency - Too few hyphens #358

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run nose with the code coverage plugin
2. Frown at the fact that there are 72 hyphens in the first two separator lines 
and 71 in the last.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

 72 characters of hyphenation goodness in all of the separator lines. Unlike the 72/71 mix right now.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

 0.11.4 on OS X

Please provide any additional information below.

 Every time I check my code coverage, I am made sad.
