ConfigError shows a traceback when not exist plug-in is set in .noserc #388

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set an not exist plug-in configure into .noserc.
2. run nosetests --help

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected just show an error message what I wrong.
But it shows an huge traceback of ConfigError.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
nose 1.0.0. but no changes in trunk code.

Please provide any additional information below.
