Documentation is hard to find from the Google Code project #431

The official documentation for nose (presumably
http://packages.python.org/nose/) is not obviously linked from with the Google
Code project.

It would be easier for new users/developers if there was an obvious and clear
link. For example, any or all of the below:
* Links section on the homepage
* Spash page on the home page
* Wiki

In fact this *isn't* the official documentation, it's an out of date copy. The
official documentation is linked from PyPI. I don't know why the
packages.python.org documentation is still there but it should be taken down or
redirected.

Changed docs like to point to readthedocs and replaced packages.python.org/nose
with a redirect.
