64bits Version #443

I have a 64 bits computer with 8Go of memory. I often have python scripts 
breaking with an error memory message .I'd like to have python xy distribution 
in 64 bits.

Not until a 64bit non MKL SciPy becomes possible.

It's worth noting that on Windows 7, if a 64 bit version of Python is already 
installed, the installer for Python(x,y) breaks all sorts of stuff, and 
installs things in the wrong directories so nothing works. And, then each of 
the components in the site-packages directory needs to be manually un-installed.

I have the same memory problem but with memmaps. I often work with file of many 
Go, this is the only blocking problem for me.
