Change to landscape page in document #441

I have some literal includes that don't fit on a regular A4 page, they are to 
wide. I played a bit with "commands" at the style file without success.

So it currently doesn't seem to be possible to change this in the middle of the 
document. 
I think it should be possible to add a page template that sets the page size 
differently. That way you can use the pagebreak raw directive for going to 
landscape.
