###Page### not evaluated when footer-width is present #460

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use ###Page### or ###Total### and so on in your "defaultFooter"
2. Set a width for the "defaultFooter"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output would be something like "Page 1 of 10",
but the output is "Page ###Page### of ###Total###"

* Are you using wordaxe, and if true, what version?
No

* Are you using rst2pdf with Sphinx, and if true, what version?
No
