Updated scalr to 1.2. Now rebundle broken. #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start synchronize to all 
2. Re-bundle complete
3. Check running instances

Old instance still running.
And scalr starting more and more new instances :(

Please try the latest version from trunk (revision: 250). There was a bug in 
MySQL 
db structure.
