What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Scalr is not working after installation
2. Try: http://67.164.89.47/
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The page should be showing up but there is some error... Is the open source 
complete?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Fedora 13

Please provide any additional information below.
We tried everything but it doesnt work.
