Unarchive stalls, syslogd gets flooded #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to unarchive .exe file (non-archive)
2. Unarchiver runs with a "preparing" progress bar for several minutes
3. Would not stop until killed from Terminal

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error, extraction failed.  or nothing

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.1, Mac OS X 10.5.5, Intel 2.4G Core2Duo

Please provide any additional information below.
syslog was using multiple cores handling the following message:
Oct  2 06:21:58 amp [0x0-0x80080].cx.c3.theunarchiver[1004]: *** set a
breakpoint in malloc_error_break to debug
Oct  2 06:21:58 amp [0x0-0x80080].cx.c3.theunarchiver[1004]: The
Unarchiver(1004,0xb00c5000) malloc: *** error for object 0x7e7000: pointer
being freed was not allocated

I need a file that actually causes this problem to be able to fix it.
