First of all, if you have any Haxies, InputManagers, SIMBL plugins or similar
operating system
hacks installed, please remove them first, restart the program, and make sure
the bug is
reproducible without them.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to extract cca 50+ part rar (mine was 7 gigabytes)
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is the extracted iso.
output is corrupted iso. error message occurs
"could not extract "xxx.dmg". the archived file is corrupted"
however, the same archive was later extracted with VMware and winrar (literally
the same target)
i tried with several big multiparts it crashes on each

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The Unarchiver 1.6.1
Leo 10.5.5

Please provide any additional information below.
Also, the progress bar fails to show the status properly (its emtpy and then it
fills up and does
nothing.

I cannot extract multipart RAR files which have a password. Will this be
implemented?

I have experienced the same problem - i.e. i have got the message "The archived
file is corrupt." when
attempting to extract the files of a large multi-part rar. The unrar program
available from Fink handles the
multi-part rar without a hitch.

This is a duplicate of issue #68, and I still can't do a thing about it without
an
example file that causes the problem.
