Feature request: from VCSBlame to VCSLog revision #108

I use :VCSBlame regularly when editing files in a git repository.

It shows the revision hash, my name and date of last change. It would be really
good to be able to jump straight to the :VCSLog entry for the specific
annotated commit under the cursor.

At the moment I'm achieving this through:

1. Put cursor over the revision hash
2. yw
3. :VCSLog <C-R>0

I wondered whether you would consider building this functionality into the core
plugin as some sort of easy-to-use shortcut.
