Syntax highlight problem with Subversion and VCSAnnotate

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Do VCSAnnotate on a file with lines that have revisionnumbers larger than 5 
digits ( > 99999 )

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that all lines have there revision and author 
highlighted.
Instead lines that have revisionnumbers larger than 5 digits don not get 
highligted at all.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I use script version 1.99.40 and have tested this on Linux, Mac and Windows.

Please provide any additional information below.
