webm_crypt cannot be built on Linux #925

I tried building webm_crypt on Linux.

I added "-std=c++11" to the makefile to get past a compile issue with  
"base/base_switches.h". But now when I run I get an error 
"[0116/110602:FATAL:at_exit.cc(53)] Check failed: false. Tried to 
RegisterCallback without an AtExitManager"
