New changelog field

I think it would be nice to access changelogs for an app.
Althought this would mean lots of work for the packagers to bring the 
changelogs in the XML (not to mention the size).

I would simply add a new tag
 <changelog>http://www.mysoft.com/changelogs/v1.2.3</changelog>

First step is to make it a link in the GUI so people can go to the website and 
read the changes.

What could be done next is to load the url in the client when the user opens 
the details dialog. This would bring the changelogs right into napackd.
