Ability to put a name + comment next to the repositories in the list #159

Today the repo list is a simple list of URLs in a textbox.

I think it would be nice if we could handle it as a list control with the 
following columns:
 - enabled
 - Name
 - URL
 - Description

That would allow the users remembering what is what and also temporarily 
disabling some repos.
