Npackd 1.18.7 is installed, but showing as available & 1.17.9 installed #347

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Npackd upgrade from within the Npackd app fails (understandably).
2. Upgrade Npackd from 1.17.9 to 1.18.7 externally.
3. Npackd still reports Npackd 1.18.7 is available, and 1.17.9 installed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It would be useful if Npackd didn't exhibit this behaviour ~[;>)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.18.7 on Win 7 Home Premium 64bit on an HP Pavilion dv7

Please provide any additional information below.
This is no big deal, and I guess you're aware of the behaviour.

BRgds,
Peter
