dropbox installed state is wrong #365

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try to install dropbox
2. get notification about administrator-mode install not recommended
3. choose cancel install

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect Npackd Dropbox state not installed. Npackd shows dropbox as installed 
(it's not). Trying the uninstallation thorugh npackd fails, and npackd keeps 
showing dropbox as installed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Npackd 1.18.7 - software package manager for Windows (R)

Please provide any additional information below.

the Dropbox installer is unfortunately not completely silent and does not seem 
to return an error code if cancelled. I don't think there is anything that can 
be done here. Please just delete the directory and Npackd will detect this next 
time you start it.
