Can't install Python, download fails with non-secure connection error

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Try to install Python 64bit 3.4

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Download starts and an error bar appears:

  Fehler: Installiere / Installiere Python 64 bit 3.4: Fehler beim Herunterladen von http://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.4.0/python-3.4.0.amd64.msi: Fehler 12039: A redirect request will change a non-secure to a secure connection

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Npackd 1.18.7 on Windows Server 2008 R2 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.

This seems to be the same problem again as with issue 101.
