I can't see the repository or the packages

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Use CCleaner
2.  Then I used windows defrag
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This is what I see when I try to use Npacked:
Error: Initializing / Downloading the remote repositories and filling the local 
database: Error loading the repository 
https://windows-package-manager.googlecode.com/hg/repository/Rep.xml: XML 
parsing error at line 2, column 12: unexpected character

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.18.7 on windows 7 sp1

Please provide any additional information below.
I can't see the repository or the programs that I can install through
Npackd.
