BitTorrent Sync download fails #379

The download url seems to have changed.

Npackd refers to
http://download-lb.utorrent.com/endpoint/btsync/os/windows/track/stable

whereas the BitTorrent Sync website refers to
http://download-new.utorrent.com/endpoint/btsync/os/windows/track/stable

The host download-lb.utorrent.com seems to not exist anymore.
