STDU viewer installing #414

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open NPACKED 1.19.13
2. Installing STDU Viewer  1.6.313
3. Receive Error Registration Data is not valid. Only registered  users can 
start MSI installation. And you must enter registration data into MSI launch 
script

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected installed STDU Viewer

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.
STDU Explorer installed is ok
