Error installing chrome #420

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install Chrome
2.Open install folder
3.No install packages at location

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No install packages at location

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Npackd 1.19.13 - software package manager for Windows (R)
Please provide any additional information below.
