Error build pyqt4 using uic with cx-freeze on winpyton3.3 #96

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. an pyqt4 app using uic module (by import .ui file)
2. use cx-freeze to build binary

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected build successfully but failed on attached log

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WinPython-64bit-3.3.2.3

Please provide any additional information below.
Since the distribution is based on python3, cx-freeze should use uic module 
under 
"C:\WinPython-64bit-3.3.2.3\python-3.3.2.amd64\lib\site-packages\PyQt4\uic\port_
v3" (missing) instead of port_v2

Same problem with Python 3.4.2 32bit and PyQt5 5.3.2

Succesfully builded after rename folder 
"C:\Python34\Lib\site-packages\PyQt5\uic\port_v2" to "port_v2_"
