Hardy dependencies are outdated #11

libfaad-dev and liblame-dev are no longer used. libxext-dev is missing for
x11grab.

Yasm is now 1.1.0.

'--deldoc=yes' has been added to the checkinstall line. This is simply to allow
the source directories to be delete by a non-root user.

Hardy is also missing 'hash x264 ffmpeg ffplay'. This prevents the 'ffmpeg not
found' type error message if someone uses the repository ffmpeg, removes it,
and then compiles and attempts to run the newly compiled ffmpeg in the same
session.

However, over the hols I shall bring it bang up-to-date.

Thanks for your reports, hopefully these issues will be fixed over the next
