Netbeans how to #59

I'm sorry, but I can't set this awesome thing in my Netbeans. Maybe it is
because of my poor knowledge of English, maybe Google translated it wrong.
Could someone please write me a guide in the simplest way to set this up?
I'm using Netbeans IDE 6.5

.netbeans/6.5/ (путь может отличаться). 
Unzip in a directory profile in NetBeans .netbeans/6.5 / (path may vary).
