Improve claim error message created by @DenisCarriere on Pomelo Bounties

Summary

Improve the error message displayed when a user tries to claim an account with an incorrect or unlinked account. Modify the current code from require_auth() to check(has_auth(), ...) and create a clearer message to display to the user. The task should be completed in English.

When trying to claim with wrong or unlinked account, i.e. via bloks.io, provide a better message than this:

Instead of require_auth() do check(has_auth(), ...) and provide a clear message.
