some modifications to make pomerol2triqs work on triqs/unstable.

krivenko commented 6 years ago

@HugoStrand TRIQS/triqs#523 is fixed, and TRIQS unstable feels a bit more bearable now. I applied some additional fixes to this PR and merged it into master.
