Update to oemof v0.5.0 #16

In v0.5.0 gradient_costs will be removed since they weren't working anyways. We should drop them and adjust the code accordingly once oemof.solph version v0.5.0 has been released (around May this year).

There is an alpha release for oemof.solph v0.5 available here: https://pypi.org/project/oemof.solph/0.5.0a1/ Since the pyomo interface of versions below 6 seems to cause trouble in combination with the latest CPLEX version used to solve on a HPC, this is a good opportunity to start the update and add potential additional changes in the later course.
