Actually, transformers availabilities should limit the maximum output of a plant.
In our current implementation, the maximum output may be higher than the assumed availability, though. This holds for CHP or IPP plants where the maximum output is determined by the (slightly increased) minimum load profile which might contain values up to 1.
Fix:
An easy fix would be to multiply min and max with the availability profile, so to only change the integration of that feature.
