Model RES in the FIT scheme analogously to those in the market premium scheme, i.e. imposing a bid limit at -500 €/MWh

@yannickwerner I'll merge it rightaways. The failing tests are due to an updated version of pandas that is used and differs from the one I use as a dependency. For time reasons, I did not yet make this perfectly consistent. I should dedicate some time to provide a fix, though.
