Include updates from https://github.com/pommes-public/pommesdata/pull/132 into pommesdispatch.

The changes were found to be functional. Some tests are failing due to other reasons (missing files due to the explicit naming of eeg clusters resp. changed pandas date time behaviour). This needs to be addressed in another dedicated pull request. Also, the CI pipeline seems somewhat outdated itself.
