Extend colour coding once JSON API is in use #10

If moving to JSON API for the service lists - see #8 - then things like the TALA cable car station will actually be able to give a service list, under trimmed codes such as CCL.

At the time of writing, route colour mappings are not defined for these, nor for any train stations. If any colour indications are available from MetLink, add those to the mappings to brighten up such views (and potentially aid legibility when more than one transport route passes through the stop of interest).

Cannot find any new route colours for trains; closing this as can't presently implement.
