A native speaker should fix this translation (especially since my Japanese is rusty...) but we hope that this will be understandable at least.
Some passages of the Japanese text have been copied almost verbatim from the Japanese GGPO site since the text seemed to be the same.
I will update this pull request with more commits as the translation progresses. That way people can follow the progress already. Alternatively, we could also just merge it in the current state and then open more pull requests as the translation process continues.
