Let's go with ESEDA: Empirical Software Engineering Data Analytics.

Let's remove all occurrences of PONDER.

This can be done by creating a new app named ESEDA and copying files one by one while changing any occurrence of ponder to ESEDA.

I don't think that should be the name. That name is for the eventual infrastructure.
