Use entire screen #51

Our tables are currently very large and need scrolling. Why not use the entire screen for this? Here's an example of a table that's cut off on the sides:

@mZneit: This is a template change. The menu is currently aligned with the table but @khatchad say that it doesn't need to be aesthetically pleasing. We can either also move the menu or keep the menu as-is.

The problem is that there is a lot of data in a smaller space and makes for much scrolling.

@mZneit will change all the tables to take advantage of the full screen. The menu is also shifted.
