The transformations in evaluator and UI are slightly different. #262

When I run the evaluator for this PR (https://github.com/ponder-lab/californium/pull/9), the evaluation results show 156 transformations, but there are 154 transformations in PR.

I rerun the evaluator twice. One results.csv file shows 154 transformations and the other shows 151 transformations. It looks like the transformations are undetermined.

Few subprojects may have different DOI boundary sets, although they are rerun with the same settings.
