This should be dealt with by https://github.com/pondersource/server/blob/7d2ccaa/init-nc2-local-saml.sh#L16 on the sunet-dev branch of pondersource/server but maybe that is not executed or it is going to the wrong line number inside config.php

Ah this is of course caused by #51 the script fails and exists on line 11.
