From read, first 3 byte: 09 8e 56. Does this mean I have one of the new boards that actually need to call an FM API to get the unlock key?

Ok, I figured it out by myself. So yes, I do have a new board required to call the API. Some notes on how I got it: capitalize your hex string, but nothing else. Hide your user agent, and use a VPN. Hex string is from the 4th byte to the last, length is 16 bytes. Good luck everyone.
