Making sure that that the web app looks and feels as intended across all browsers and platforms: Chrome Desktop, Firefox Desktop, Edge Desktop, Safari Desktop; (OSX, Windows, Linux) Chrome Mobile, Safari Mobile; (Android, IOS)

I'm reasonably pleased with the UI now (except for mobile safari). Although there are few challenges, not least of which involving the fake browser that are still quirky across all platforms, They will get their own phase 3 issue.

Tested on: MacOS/Chrome MacOS/Safari Linux/Firefox Windows/Edge Android/Chrome IOS/Safari

NOTE: Mobile Safari is a PITA. It's gonna get it's own issue.
