Support pid/ps for long clis #274

As reported in the forum thread (http://glu.977617.n3.nabble.com/All-processes-view-not-parsing-very-long-command-lines-td4026719.html) when the java command is too long (mainly the classpath), then the -Dorg.linkedin.app.name=xxx entry gets truncated.

Find a way to resolve this issue.

Fixed in glu 5.5.3. Also check the documentation for additional features http://pongasoft.github.io/glu/docs/latest/html/console.html#console-script-pids
