Requesting default emoji for image reactions #2

Awesome modification to Moodle forums. This should be in Moodle CORE... don't know why Moodle has never upgraded the 1990's forum module to include modern reactions. Thank you for your excellent work!

If possible, please include a set of FOSS emoji as defaults for the image reactions. I recommend using the same image emoji files that are provided with Moodle if possible. Just an enhancement request... not a bug at all.

https://openmoji.org/ might be a good resource, although I'm not sure if it will be OK to use them in a default installation. The licensing seems to allow for it if proper credit is given.

Another idea is to allow the emoticons in the ../admin/settings.php?section=htmlsettings be usable in the text reactions. This would allow me to put

:)

and get a smile emoticon reaction icon in the forum. Right now with the filter enabled on the site, these emoticons don't display. However, it would be cool if they did.
