This would be a rather nice and useful effect. When the pointer is over a demagnetization step, highlight it both in the pointered plot and in all the others. This makes it easy to see e.g. where your step falls in the intensity curve while you're poking about in the equal-area plot.
One problem: how to actually show the highlight? Pen colour already denotes selection, and extra outline denotes the initial point in Zplots and equal-area plots. Best might be to change background colour -- a small yellow circle under the point and lines (or for the treatment step table just have the whole background of the line yellow).
