Directories can't be picked by the file chooser with GTK LnF #359

When using the GTK look and feel under Linux, directories can't be picked, only files. This can be avoided by using a different look and feel, but:

  1. This should at least be mentioned in the manual.
  2. The "Open folder" menu item should be activated when the GTK LnF is used, as it already is on the Mac.
