I like the idea of some more neutral roles. Jester always feels really interesting and I'd be interested in seeing how other roles like it feel to play. This one in particular seems fun. Also I'd consider giving this a slight strength (maybe 2 or 3) towards the evil team, because even though it isn't part of the evil team it still gives them a definite advantage.
