role suggestion: insomniac (jan pi lape ala)

i know someone already suggested a role with this name, but my idea's different.

description: you often spend your nights staring outside, waiting to go to sleep. sometimes you can see strange things through your neighbour's windows.

how they play: they choose a target each night, and they get to see if the target took an action that night. (examples of actions would be the werewolves killing someone, a cookie person going to a house, the seer/librarian/laundryperson/etc. receiving information, etc.). they would not know what happened, only that something happened or not.

this is actually similar to spy https://github.com/pontaoski/mappo/issues/21 i like the idea of staring out the window though. could be interesting
