If there's too many Notifications for the size of the Widget instead of shrinking them have it scrollable vertically #108

That way it maintains the size of the Notification keeping it easy to click 
since shrinking makes it difficult to click.

Mine does as well eventually though first it just gets smaller & smaller making 
the Notification difficult to click...maybe instead maintain the text size.

Seems to be fine now, possibly a bug with the initial setup.

Can mark it as "Done".
