Sound Notifications support #123

Currently there is an option to wake up the phone with every notification, but 
why not add the ability to generate a sound as well. Several apps, including 
the incredibly popular GMD Gestures, remove the notification service in order 
to hide the navigation bar. This app solves the need for the status bar, but 
falls flat on actually notifying us.

I think NotifierPro is the best solution for you.
(The free version is enough to do what you want)

Yes, made a video about it. It's made as a status bar supplement of sorts. It's 
impossible to get to notifications after they fade off without the statusbar or
